7 week full time course, teaches identification and grading of diamonds according to the standards of the GIA, who developed modern 4C diamond grading. Current price of full time day course in London is £5970. Qualified 2010.

Foundation program is a 4 months full time course giving fundamental knowledge of gemmology focused on coloured gemstones and their imitations, teaches identification and grading skills.
Current price of full time day course in London is £4195. Qualified 2006.

Diploma program is also 4 months full time, can only be completed after Foundation passed. Advanced practical and theoretical study of gemmology, identification and grading. Requires both theory and practical exams to be passed to achieve Diploma, which allows holder to apply to be a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (FGA) subject to yearly membership fees.
